Facilities at Buchan Indoor Bowling Club

Buchan Indoor Bowling Club is situated in the heart of Aberdeenshire approximately 30 miles north of Aberdeen. The club facilities include a 4-rink bowling area, games room complete with 2 full size snooker tables and a pool table. There is also a lounge bar and function area where members can relax with an alcoholic or soft drink before and after the evening's bowling. The bowling arena also has a seating area where members can enjoy a refreshment and watch the action on the carpet. The function area which can seat 120 is used for meetings and many social events run by the club.

Social events run by the club include:

• Friday night Bingo (Monthly) all year. Bingo is held on the 1st.Friday of every month. Eyes down 7.30pm.
• Saturday night music nights as and when all year.
• An extremely successful Hogmanay party which is well attended by members and the local community.
• We have run horse racing nights and the occasional quiz night.

Club members may use the facilities for a private function once having been granted permission by the committee (Application forms for such an event are available from the office) Catering can be provided. We cater for the disabled; we have 3 disabled parking bays, wheelchair access and disabled facilities. At this moment we have no wheelchair for bowling.
